Function: Consolidating simple past 题材(主要内容)

一个牧羊的孩子,闲来无事,以“狼来了”的谎言欺骗乡亲,使得乡亲们丧失了对他的信任。等到狼真的来把羊全部都吃掉了的时候,反而没有人来帮助他了。 语法(结构、句子)

本模块重点学习的是如何讲述过去发生的故事。主要句型是I/You/He/She/They did ….

Module 3 Unit 1 He shouted, “Wolf, wolf”

一、教学目标与要求: 1、知识与能力目标: (1)词汇:

能够听说的单词和短语:

once upon a time bored field everyone 能够听说认读的单词和短语: lie sheep wolf laughed 能够听说读写的单词和短语:

shouted look after ran said village (2)语句:

能听说读的句子: The boy laughed. 能听说读写的句子: The boy ran to the village. He looked after sheep. He shouted. They said,“…”

2、情感态度目标:

培养学生尝试阅读英语故事以其他英语课外读物,并尝试用英语讲小故事,并对过去时态进行归纳;了解常见的英语小谚语或小故事;培养学生要诚实守信的意识,不撒谎,不骗人。 二、教学重点及难点

1、学会如何讲述过去发生的故事。 2、能够掌握重点词、句。

3、会总结归纳动词的过去式。 4、学会复述简单的英语小故事。 三、课前准备:

教学挂图、图片、录音机(或配套CD--ROM) 四、教学过程: Step1 Warm up

1. Sing a song. Old McDonald Had a Farm

2. Write down some words: some of them are in the present tense and others are in the

past. Let the students say quickly.

E.g. is ---- was look ---- looked run ---- ran are ---- were come ---- came eat ---- ate Step 2 Presentation and practice 1. 通过教学挂图呈现第一幅图: What did the boy do?

Teach: He looked after sheep.

What happened to him? He was bored. Teach: bored

2. A picture of a wolf. Teach the word: wolf Do you know the story?

Once upon a time, there was a boy. He looked after sheep. The boy was bored. Let the students try to tell the story in Chinese. Teach: shout – shouted laugh – laughed

3. One day, a wolf came to the field. It ate the sheep. What will you say to the boy?

Teach: Don’t tell lies!

4. Listen, point and find “-ed”.

Teach: say -- said 5. Listen and repeat.

Step 3 Consolidation and extension 1. Try to retell the story.

2. Do the exercises on the activity book:

Page 10 –1 Read and circle T or F. Page 11 – 3 Listen and number.

Pair work: Page 11 – 4 Now answer the questions. 3. 根据Practise3提供的词,大家共同编一个小故事:

One day, Ben went to a park. There was a little lake in the park. He was bored. Ben jumped into the lake. He shouted, “Help, help!” A young man heard. He ran to Ben and jumped into the lake, too. But Ben laughed. The young man was all wet. He was very angry. He said, “Don’t tell lies! It’s not funny.” Ben said, “Sorry, I won’t do this again.”

让学生知道说谎话骗人是错误的,做人应该诚实;让学生自己归纳总结本节课所学的动词过去式;学生齐读重点句。 Step 5 Homework

1. Listen and try to sing the song: Hickory Dickory Dock 2. Find out the present tense and the past tense:

E.g. go, see, buy, is, am, eat, run, went, saw, bought, was, ate, ran Present tense go see buy is, am eat run Step 2 Presentation and practice 1. Show some pictures:

E.g. apples, cheese, books, pears Guess: What did I buy yesterday?

Past tense went saw bought was ate ran S: You bought . The answer is: I bought cheese. Teach: cheese

2. T: Have you see a cartoon, which is about a mouse and a cat? Yes, it’s Tom and Jerry.

The mouse is cute and clever, and the cat always has a bad luck. Today we’re going to read a story also about a mouse and a cat.

The mouse’s name is Tilly. (教师可拿一个小老鼠的图片作介绍)

Tilly likes eating cheese. But yesterday, let’s listen: What happened to her? 3. Listen and answer:

(1) When did Tilly go into a shop? (2) What did she buy?

(3) Did she eat the cheese in the shop? (4) What did she see? (5) What did she do? Teach: scared
