Based on the characters of the programming language Visual Basic 6.0,the adjoining relations among holes and installing information of hydraulic elements oil passages use the method of describing function to express. 3 The Optimization mathematic model Base on the characters of manifold blocks,we can gets the variables involved by the hydraulic system mani— fold blocks optimization problem,which can describe the complete manifold blocks entity characters.The vari— 8= ,W, ables include as follow: r K = ,w , , , ) (i=1,2,…, ≥2) 8一The entity。f manifold bl0cks; L,W,H—the length,width,height of manifold bl。cks;K —the number valves;li,w —the length and width of number i valves; —The installation face of number i valves;xl,Yi—the in— stallation beginning point coordinates of number i valves. The purpose of the Manifold Block CAD Optimization is to search tlle smallest manifold blocks which can of the optimization problem can be described as fol— satisfy the installing of all the valves,so the object function lowing:minV It)=Lx WxH. 4 Automatic forming of oil passage drill way The designer inputs the information about designing according to a certain regulation based on the adjoining relationship of oil passages after selecting the hydraulic elements based on the schematic diagram of the hy— draulic system.The program firstly makes the information of the same hydraulic element forming a geometric lfame and makes each geometirc element being relatively fixed only the depth and length of oil passage drill way (including the main oil hole and auxiliary oil holes and so on)can be changed alhough tthe depth or length can be reduced or increased to adapt to the connection of oil passages.When non- connecting holes occurring intervening condition we can rectify till contenting the need by changing he ortientation of hydraulic elements(should decide the possi— bility of changing orientation accord the instlaling need of hydraulic elements), changing the surface of manifold block,increasing or reducing the length of hole and changing the orientation of main oil passage and so on. 5 The intervening checking of oil passage drill way Figure 1 the holes in the sanle level The intervening(is connecting)checking of drill way is the key content of parameterized design of hydraulic manifold blck.Directing agaionst the distributing character of drill way in the manifold block this paper use the method of drill way intervening checking based on the geometric principle.The character of this method is that it's thought is clear,writing program is easier and it suit to write modules of independent program.In essence, the manifold block is a rectangulr paraallelepiped which geometic frlame is simple,although needing to design many drill ways in the manifold block the orientation of drill way only have two conditions for getting better pro— cessing property.The fistr type is the holes which center lines is in the same level,the second type is the holes which center lines is in different levels.This character offers convenience for using the geometirc principle to check the drill ways intervening conditions. The fiurge 1 shows the condition when the drill ways center lines in the same level z=C(constant).Because there are not often oblique holes in the manifold block there only are two types of the holes center lines relative relationship:parallel or vertica1.We can define the start position of hole as the point of intersection between the 维普资讯 http://www.cqvip.com 第1期 王占奎等:液压系统集成块的CAD优化方法研究 75 center line of hole and the surface of manifold block.the hole which coordinate of start point is in which surface is defined as the surface's hole.We can also find the group of holes based on the coordinate of holes start points.The holes 1、2、3、4 showing in the figure 2 is a group of holes which center lines are parallel,which start points of center lines are on the two opposite surfaces,the holes 5 and 6 is other group of parallel holes.Gener— ally speaking,the adjoining parallel holes in the same surface only need to calculate the distances between the holes center lines.As showing in the figure 2 the holes 1 and 2,if their diameter respectively are dl、d2,the minimum thick of wall is and the distance between the two holes is L the condition of non-intervening is dl/2+d2,2+6≤ (1) For the parallel holes in diferent surfaces we should firstly check the distance between the holes center lines,when the distance is not content requiring then check the depth of holes.For example the holes 1,2 and 3, when the distance of their center lines is not content requiring,if their depths respectively are Ii,12、ls the condi— tion of non—-intervening is Zl 3 ≤B r ≤ (2) In the inequality,By is the distance between the front surface and the back surface of manifold block,i.e. the width of maniolfd block.Other signs means are same as the former. 76 苏州科技学院学报(3-程技术版 2008薤 ship of all the drill ways satisfying the drawing of hydraulic system, the automatic forming of drill ways and intervening checking are al— temate to carry out,i.e.in the condition of satisfying the intervening checking,the program will attempt to minimize the size of the mani— fold block till the size achieving to best.Then,the program makes all the holes forming union and carry out the operation of difference set with manifold block,forming the complete digitized file of mani— fold block.Running the digitized file in the software AUTOCAD we can get the three-dimension drawing and the two—-dimension draw・・ Figure 4 manifolds block three-dimension drawing ing of manifold block.The figure 4 and figure 5 are a example of manifold block parameterized design,the figure 5 is three—dimension drawing,the fiure 6 igs two-dimension drawing(for the clearing of drawing,it only displays the principal view,the top view and the lateral view overlooking part of marking). 7 Conclusion The paper point out that the parameter in the parameterized design of manifold block of hydraulic system is a generalized con・・Figure 5 manifold block two——dimension drawing cept according to the designing character of manifold block,and Using Visual Basic 6.0 to write program for car- lying out parameterized design of manifold block of hydraulic system,then using AUTOCAD to run the digitized drawing file of manifold block,suficientfly utilizing the character of the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and the drawing software package of AUTOCAD to actualize the alternate design between people and computer can achieve that the size and structure of manifold block are better.So,the method of parameterized design of manifold block of hydraulic system which is putted forward by this paper is a more practical method.
