Valve Mechanism Cover Base - Remove and Install 气门室盖座—拆解与安装 Removal Procedure 拆解步骤
Start By:
A. Remove the valve mechanism covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, \"Valve Mechanism Cover - Remove and Install\". A、拆除气门室盖座。参照拆装，“气门盖座-拆解与安装”。
NOTICE
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.
保持所有器件清洁。
Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

1. Disconnect harness assembly (3) from the electronic unit injector. 1、断开电子喷油器单元的马具组件（3）。
2. Disconnect harness assembly (1) from valve cover base (2) . 2、断开气门室盖（2）的马具组件（1）。 4. Remove bolts (4) . 4、拆除螺栓（4）。
5. Remove valve cover base (2) . 5、拆除气门室盖座（2）。
Installation Procedure 安装步骤
NOTICE
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Note: Before assembly, check the condition of the seal. If the seal is worn or damaged, use a new part for replacement.

1. Position valve cover base (2) on the cylinder head and install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 18 ± 3 N·m (13 ± 2 lb ft) in the numerical sequence that is shown in Illustration 3. 1、放置气门室盖座（2）至气缸盖，安装螺栓（4）。拧螺栓（4）为18 ± 3牛顿•米（13 ± 2磅英尺）扭矩。 2. Connect harness assembly (1) . 2、连接马具组件（1）。
3. Position harness assembly (3) on the electronic unit injector. Tighten the cap nuts to a torque of 2.5 ± 0.25 N·m (22 ± 2 lb in). 3、放置马具组件（3）至电子喷油嘴，收紧螺母为2.5 ± 0.25牛顿•米（22 ± 2磅）的扭矩。
End By: Install the valve mechanism covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, \"Valve Mechanism Cover - Remove and Install\". 结束工作：安装气门室盖座。参照拆装，“气门室盖座-拆解和安装”。
