《大学英语》教学大纲

适用:高职高专非英语专业 学分:12学分 学时:200学时

一、 课程性质

大学英语课程是高职高专学生必修的一门公共基础课程。该课程的任务是培养具有一定的英语综合应用能力特别是听说能力的、能适应我国经济发展和国际交流需要的、具有一定综合文化素养的合格的大学生。

大学英语课程是为了培养大学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流,同时增强其自主学习能力、提高大学生的综合文化素养。

二、课程的重点及基本要求 第一学期:(共学时)

本学期的教学内容为《实用综合教程》第1册10个单元的基本内容和补充的课外阅读材料。教师可以根据学生情况选择其中的7~8个单元作为重点讲解部分。每个单元约8学时完成,每单元可分为以下八个基本内容: 1. Text A (要求学生通过阅读提高语言输入能力) 2. Active Words(掌握积极词汇) 3. Grammar Tips (巩固语法知识)

4. Text B (进一步扩充词汇,提高阅读理解能力)

5. Comprehensive Exercises (通过练习,掌握语言应用能力) 6. Practical Writing (掌握应用文的写作) 每一单元的具体内容安排如下:
