摘要：The invention relates to a device for producing separated electric charges,wherein a flow element is accelerated to a velocity that is greater than Mach 1. Freeelectrons occur on friction surfaces which are provided with a thermo electric coating andplaced on the flow element. Said electrons are detached from the flow element by thesurrounding flow medium. Rapid and substantial spatial modification of theelectromagnetic field can be caused by the flow element.
