摘要：A pyrazolotriazole derivative represented by general formula (I), useful fortreating various diseases caused by the physiological activity of angiotensin II, or apharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a process for the production thereofwherein one of R<1>, R<3> and R<4> represents hydrogen, tetrazolylatedbiphenylmethyl or lower alkyl, and each of the remaining two represents hydrogen,R<2> represents hydrogen, tetrazolylated biphenylmethyl, cycloalkyl or lower alkyl, andR<5> and R<6> may be the same or different from each other and each representshydrogen, halogen, tetrazolylated biphenylmethyl, formyl, carboxyl, esterified carboxyl,cycloalkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, or lower alkyl, provided that at least oneof R<1> to R<6> is tetrazolylated biphenylmethyl and the broken lines mean that thetriazole ring forms three double bonds.
