摘要：An oral appliance system for a human mouth comprises at least one maxillaryappliance and at least one mandibular appliance that can be removably anchored toteeth of a maxilla and mandible, respectively. Respective biasing members are carried bythe at least one maxillary appliance and the at least one mandibular appliance. When theat least one mandibular appliance is anchored to the human mandible and the at leastone maxillary appliance is anchored to the human maxilla of a common jaw, the respectivebiasing members act between the at least one maxillary appliance and the at least onemandibular appliance to urge the at least one mandibular appliance inferiorly andanteriorly away from the at least one maxillary appliance with a force between about 250grams at contact and about 1200 grams at contact.
