Comparison Study on the Performance of DLXF New
Waterproof Binding Materials

developed a new type of DLXF waterproofing cohesive material by laboratory tests. The bonding performance of
DLXF waterproofing cohesive material, SBS modified asphalt waterproof material and rubber modified asphalt waterproof material were compared through pullout test and shear test. The test results show that when the test conditions is at 25 °C , the depth reached 0. 4mm deep after using the shot blasting of cement concrete slab interface treatment, the bond strength of waterproof cohesive layer reached 1. 23 MPa after using DLXF new bridge waterproof bonding material, the shear strength can reach 1. 09 MPa. With the increase of test temperature to 45 °C and 60 °C , the bond strength and shear strength of new DLXF materials are still the highest and the changes are insignificant. That is to say, new DLXF waterproof material bonding performance is better than SBS modified asphalt and rubber modified asphalt, it is recommended DLXF new material paving cement concrete deck waterproof bonding layer should be selected firstly in where cement concrete pavement disease happened more seriously.

京秦高速河北段三期年内开建
北京前往秦皇岛将有新的选择，将不必再绕行京哈 高速公路了。京秦高速公路遵化至秦皇岛段年内将开工 建设，预计2020年建成通车。
遵秦高速公路项目途经唐山遵化市、迁西县、迁安市 及秦皇岛市卢龙县、抚宁区、海港区、山海关区，路线全长 约166 km。设置互通式立交17座（含枢纽互通6座），特 大桥5座，大桥33座，隧道18座，分离式立交38座，主线 收费站1座，匝道收费站11座，服务区6处，养护工区5 处。
项目起点下院寺枢纽互通（长深高速）至山海关西枢 纽互通（京哈高速）段采用双向六车道高速公路标准建 设，路基宽度33.5 m;山海关西枢纽互通（京哈高速）至终 点段采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，路基宽度26 m。 同期建设连接线2条，全长约7. 4 km。
京秦高速公路由北京段和河北段组成，河北段分为 二期和三期工程，其中二期工程有廊坊段和唐山段，这两 段工程完工后京秦高速将实现与长深高速连接贯通;三 期工程即遵化至秦皇岛段，也是京秦高速公路最后一段 规划。
等到2020年该项目完工之际，京秦高速公路将实现
全线通车，沿线的北京、燕郊、三河、天津、玉田、遵化和秦 皇岛将被串连起来，有效改善沿线尤其是河北燕郊、三河 的在京工作人群的出行条件，真正打造出京津冀一小时 交通圈。
吉林11个续建高速公路项目 2018年4月15日前复工
从大年初八开始，集安到通化高速公路项目土 口岭、 五女峰、高台子隧道，龙井至大浦柴河高速公路项目甄峰 岭一号、二号隧道，辉南至白山高速公路项目凉水河特大 桥相继复工。到2018年4月15日，续建的11个高速公 路项目将全部复工。
2018年，吉林省交通运输厅强力推进交通运输重大 项目建设，高速公路以省际大通道、旅游大通道为重点， 将建设12个项目1 473 km,建成通车辉南到白山、辽源至 东辽高速公路，新增通车里程99 km,高速公路通车总里 程达到3 218 km。国省干线公路将以断头路、低等路、沿 江路和旅游路为重点，建设23个项目522 km,建成5个 项目160 km。另外，还要聚焦贫困地区最紧迫、最突出的 交通问题，新建改建贫困地区农村公路1 500 km,完成全 省15个贫困县交通脱贫攻坚的主要任务。
