摘要：An analog front-end circuit for measurement used as an interface between asensor (10) and a control device (20) includes: an isolated part (31) including at least anAD conversion circuit (313) configured to serve as an interface to the sensor (10); a non-
isolated part (32) including at least a control circuit (321) configured to serve as aninterface to the control device (20); and an isolated communication unit (33) configured toperform isolated half-duplex communication between the isolated part (31)and the non-isolated part (32). The control circuit (321) is configured to transmit an AD conversioninstruction to the AD conversion circuit (313) after providing setting for measurement tothe isolated part (31) via the isolated communication unit (33), obtain a result of ADconversion by the AD conversion circuit (313) from the isolated part (31) via the isolatedcommunication unit (33), and transfer the obtained AD conversion result to the controldevice (20).
