摘要：A system for a video cassette recorder is capable of recording/reproducinganalog video and audio signals as well as digital video and audio signals for a HDTV.
The revolution of a head drum may be determined different from each otherdepending on the selected mode, i.e., digital or analog signal recording/reproducingmode, and thus the digital signal having a different recording bandwidth from the analogsignal can be recorded on and reproduced from a conventional analog tape.
