摘要：A releasable garment support device is provided for pants, trousers and othergarments whereby the waist of the garment can be readily adjusted to fit a wearer whorapidly increases or decreases his waist size. The device comprises a thin, elongatedmember which is attached at each end inside the waistband to form a chord along an arcof the waist circumference to reduce the effective size of the waist opening.
