摘要：The invention concerns a device for securing catheter, in particular an epidural,plexus or spinal catheter. Said device comprises a base portion (1) which can be bondedon a patient's skin and whereon is articulated a cover portion (3) capable of pivotingabove the base portion (1) via an articulation (6). The base portion (1) has a lateral recess(5), open towards a lateral edge (4) of the base portion (1), for receiving a catheter (7), aswell as locking means which lock the cover portion (3) in its pivoting position on the baseportion (1), wherein it covers practically the whole base portion (1), while locking thecatheter (7) inserted between the two portions. The base portion (1), the cover portion(3) and the locking means form part of hook-and-loop fastener.
