摘要：A method for identifying a reagent (130) during a process in an analysis system(100) is disclosed. The analysis system (100) comprises a liquid chromatograph (102) and amass spectrometer (104).The method comprises providing a reagent (130), adding atleast one chemical substance (134) to the reagent (130) with a concentration being abovea detection level of the mass spectrometer (104), processing the reagent (130) togetherwith the chemical substance (134) by means of the analysis system (100), and identifyingthe reagent (130) based on a detection of a substance detection signal of the massspectrometer (104) representing the chemical substance (134).
