摘要：The system has a transport mechanism (1) movable in x-, y- and z-directions andcomprising a sample collector (3) i.e. needle, for collecting samples (4), where the samplecollector is movable in the z-direction. A processing apparatus (6) e.g. filter, movable inthe z-direction processes the samples. The sample collector stays in fluid connection withthe processing apparatus via connecting lines (11, 12). A fluid container is connected withthe processing apparatus via a pumping mechanism (13). An independent claim is alsoincluded for a method for processing samples.
