摘要：The method involves digitizing and processing sensor signals provided to formdigital actuator actuation signals. Other sensor signals are processed and provided in ananalogue manner to form analogue actuator actuation signals. The digital actuator
actuation signals and the analogue actuator actuation signals are combined to formcommon actuator actuation signals which are supplied to the actuators in order to driveactuators. The digital actuator actuation signals are converted to analogue form and aresummed with the analogue actuator actuation signals. An independent claim is alsoincluded for a regulating apparatus of a vibration isolation system with number ofvibration signal transducers.
